Breakfast

All breakast includes: Fresh orange juice, fruit tray, bacon, french toast or pancakes. Any style of eggs with garnish-

  • Rancher style eggs: Served with bread or crispy tortilla and black beans.
  • Benedict eggs (classic poached eggs): Croissant bread, ham and hollandaise sauce on top with grained hash browns.
  • Machaca eggs: Scrambled eggs with dried shredded beef served with flour tortillas & beans.
  • Omelette: Egg whites with spinach & cheese, served with breakfast potatoes.
  • Omelette fete: Any kind of omelette, plain cheese, veggies, ham, bacon, chorizo and served with potatoes and beans.
  • Steak Breakfast: Fried eggs with Mexican-prepared steak & rancher sauce with potatoes or beans.
Healthy Breakfast:
Includes: Coffee/Tea, Granola, Yogurt, Honey, Fresh fruit plate, Omelette: Egg whites with spinach.

Gourmet Breakfast:
Includes: Coffee/Tea, Mango with Cottage cheese, Canadian sausage, Benedict eggs over smoked salmon served on a bagel, Hash browns.

Full Breakfast, 2 to 4 guests $40 per person and $25 per person if 5 to 12 guests.
Healthy Breakfast $30 per person.
